Future in Hand.
A China–Rwanda agricultural operating platform.
Loudi Agri is a Rwanda-registered agricultural company combining Chinese agronomic experience, local demonstration fields, and AI-powered knowledge services to support practical rice-sector development.
An agricultural company that works on the ground
Loudi Agricultural Development Limited is a Rwanda-registered agricultural company, founded in Loudi, Hunan Province, China. We focus on practical rice value-chain operations — adapting proven Chinese agronomic experience to Rwandan conditions, field by field.
Our work centers on demonstration fields and agronomic validation: identifying rice varieties and practices that perform under local soils and climate, rather than transplanting a fixed formula. We work alongside Rwanda's agricultural institutions, district authorities, cooperatives, and farmers.
Our overseas operations follow Chinese outbound-investment regulations, with Outbound Direct Investment (ODI) filings completed through the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce.
Local adaptation, not transplant
Demonstration fields and field observation to find what genuinely performs in Rwanda.
Institutional engagement
Working relationships with MINAGRI, RAB, and district authorities, supported by Hunan commerce bureaus.
AI knowledge service
Ask Loudi delivers practical rice knowledge in English, Chinese, and Kinyarwanda.
Practical rice value-chain operations
Four connected capabilities — built step by step, in step with farmers, cooperatives, and local institutions.
Demonstration Fields
We run demonstration fields where rice varieties and cultivation practices are observed and validated under real Rwandan conditions. The goal is local adaptation and production-oriented learning — clear, repeatable results that farmers and partners can see for themselves.
Farmer & Cooperative Services
We work with farmers and cooperatives through order-based collaboration — sharing agronomic guidance, quality seed and inputs, mechanization support, and field training. The aim is steady, bankable rice production, not one-off pilots.
Post-harvest Processing
As production grows, we are planning post-harvest capacity — drying, sorting, milling, and packaging — to reduce losses and keep more value close to where the rice is grown. This stage is being built in sequence, as volumes justify it.
Ask Loudi AI Knowledge Service
Ask Loudi is our AI agricultural knowledge service for Rwanda's rice sector — practical, field-oriented guidance in three languages, available to farmers, technicians, cooperatives, and project teams.
